Save money on a range of leisure activities!

 

The Passport to Leisure Scheme (PTL) is a scheme for those families on low income. It allows families to have up to 60% off a wide range of sports and leisure venues throughout the Authority, along with various discounts in private companies.

If you are a City and County of Swansea resident, then why not see if you are eligible for a Passport to Leisure?

Follow this simple checklist and see if you can start making savings today!

If you answer YES to any one of these questions, then you can apply for a Passport to Leisure!

- Do you receive Housing Benefit?
- Do you receive Council Tax Benefit?
- Do you receive Income Support?
- Do you receive Income Based Job Seekers Allowance?
- Do you receive Income Based Employment Support Allowance (ESA)?
- Do you receive Guaranteed Pension Credit?
- Do you receive Working Tax Credit and have a current NHS tax credit exemption card / certificate?
- Are you in receipt of a HC2 certificate under the NHS Low Income Scheme?
- Are you a partner of someone claiming one of the above benefits, living at the same address and included in their benefit claim?
- Are you under 17 years old and have a parent / guardian who is in receipt of one of the benefits above?
- Are you aged between 17 - 19, in full time education (non-advanced), or enrolled on an approved training scheme and included (named) in your parent / guardians benefit claim?
- Are you a young adult (under 20) in full time education or enrolled on an approved training course and being supported by Social Services?

PTL applications can only be processed in person and therefore postal applications will not be accepted.
