At Gendros Primary School, we are committed to continually improving the experiences, learning and well-being of every child.
Our school improvement work is guided by our School Development Plan (SDP), which identifies our key priorities for improvement and the actions we will take to achieve them. Our priorities are informed by self-evaluation, pupil voice, the views of parents and staff, assessment information and national and local priorities.
We believe that school improvement is a shared responsibility. Our staff work together to reflect on our practice, identify what is working well and consider where we can make further improvements. We also value the contribution of our pupils, families, governors and wider community.
Our School Development Plan (SDP) sets out our priorities for the year ahead and explains how we intend to improve outcomes and experiences for our learners.
It is a working document which is reviewed throughout the year to monitor progress and ensure that our actions are having a positive impact.
Gendros Primary School receives a range of grants and funding which support our work to improve provision and enhance opportunities for our pupils.
We are committed to using funding effectively, responsibly and transparently, ensuring that it has a positive impact on our learners.
Where appropriate, information about how specific funding is allocated and the impact it has had is provided below.
